Which rules am I choosing?

For your life. For your business/ job. Which rules do you thing are given? You might unconsciously chose them. Rules like "business is serious stuff" or "my job is boring". Or "relationships are difficult" Which rules are you choosing?

And trying to follow those rules.

      Next time you have to take a decision:

Imaging that you look at the situation from a higher perspective, for example, you may look at the situation from a plane or mountain. How does it look from outside? And in fact, do it: take the elevator and look things from the top, or climb a hill and think about things from a different perspective.

It is also useful to do some research on what people who is very different to you, think about the same issue. Look up for information, ask, study. Imaging being that person or write about how she/he may act on that situation. This will help you to broader your perspective and to find solutions that you may not consider otherwise.
